This tape does what it says it does. Just make sure you buy the nipple covers. And it is really sticky so you must use oil to remove it without damaging your skin

The breast tape has been an absolute game changer for me. I am able to wear certain things I could never wear before. I was always self conscious when wearing a strapless bra because it always slipped down. Now I am completely worry free. The removal oil is a must have.
