We’re looking for a Brand Operations Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team in Paarl. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role that blends operations with creative brand support.

Responsibilities

• Stock & Inventory Management:
  
• Maintain accurate stock records.
• Manage barcoding, stock counts, and organization of inventory.
• Support smooth stock flow for local and international distribution.
  
• Order Fulfillment:
  
• Process and pack online orders with efficiency and care.
• Coordinate wholesale orders and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Social Media Support:
  
• Assist with Instagram and other social platforms.
• Help draft and post engaging content aligned with the brand voice.
  
• Content Creation:
  
• Support with styling, product photography, and event/product shoots.
• Assist in creating creative assets (photos, videos, behind-the-scenes content).
  
• General Brand Operations:
  
• Assist with events, activations, and PR send-outs.
• Provide day-to-day support across the business where needed.
  

 

 

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative flair with an eye for branding and aesthetics.
• Confident using social media and comfortable creating content.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in operations, retail, e-commerce, or social media is a plus.
